- After receiving the order via website, the seller starts delivery process
- After order confirmation from the customer, the order is irrevocable.
- The Seller is under obligation to deliver ordered products in proper condition and within expected time limit
- We will dispatch all orders that arrive on a business day by noon on the same day, and orders sent during weekends will be sent on Monday. Delivery time is 2 days. Delivery hours are until 17h.
- When paying at the delivery it is COD, you pay for purchased goods as well as shipping costs to a courier, cash on delivery. Delivery costs are 200 dinars for 1 and 2 jars. Delivery for 3 and more jars is free.
- All prices listed on the website are final on the day of order and include VAT.
Pre-contractual customer information
Upon finalization of the order on the website, you will be presented with a specification of ordered products with all relevant information, as well as the Terms of Purchase and the procedure for resolving complaints, which the customer is obliged to accept in order to finalize and submit the order. With that, we have done a pre-contractual notification of the buyer in accordance to the Consumer Protection Act. The customer receives an e-mail confirmation of the order which contains the information they entered when ordering, as well as information about the ordered products.

We collect only necessary, basic customer/user data and information necessary for transaction and user notification in accordance to good business practices, and in order to provide quality service – the use of our services implies the user’s consent to send them email notifications. We offer our customers option to choose whether they want to be included or excluded from mailing and text message lists that are used for marketing campaign purposes. All customer/user data is strictly kept and only available to employees to whom the information is necessary for doing business. All employees of Flora d.o.o. are responsible to respect the principles of privacy protection. Protection of financial transaction data
When entering payment card information, confidential information is transmitted through a public network in a protected (encrypted) form. The security of the data during the purchase is guaranteed by the acceptor of payment cards, Societe Generale Beograd, so the complete process of payment is done on the pages of the bank. No information about the payment card is available to our system at any moment.

All products correspond to the specification listed on the website. In case of a deviation from listed specification or a defect, we are obliged to replace the product for you, and all replacement costs will be borne by the Internet Store. The warranty does not apply in case of defects caused by improper use.
Flora d.o.o. is obliged to respond to the consumer’s complaint no later than within eight days upon reception of the complaint, as well as to return the full sum in the case it was determined that there had been a deviation from listed specifications or a defect, all within 14 days from the date of complaint being accepted, latest.
In the case of the return of goods and a refund to the customer who previously paid by using some of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Flora d.o.o. is obliged to make a refund solely through VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank, at the request of the seller, will make a refund to the account of the payment card user.
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in shown currency into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site and your credit card bank statement. Thank you for your understanding.
